1. We are not a healthcare provider or doctor or hospital. We are an online platform that helps international patients or medical travelers to avail medical opinions and cost estimates from experienced doctors and top accredited hospitals. Through Hinfoways, such patients can avail necessary information and know their options. To avail medical opinions and cost estimates, you have to share certain personal information, contact details and latest medical reports. Our privacy policy explains the information practices that apply to this, and other personal information that we have about you, as well as any choices you can make about the ways this information is used. Please go through our privacy policy carefully before you use this website or share any such information with us.
2. You shall not hold Hinfoways responsible for any information (including medical opinions and cost estimates) interaction and associated issues with doctors or hospitals. Hinfoways is not involved in the providing of any medical advice or diagnosis and hence is not responsible for any outcome/communication/transaction between you and the healthcare service provider or doctor or hospital that you interact with. If you decide or choose to engage with a healthcare provider /doctor and/hospital to provide medical services to you, then you do so at your own risk.
3. Hinfoways is only an intermediary offering its platform to facilitate the communication/transactions between healthcare service providers and you and, based on the type of service availed or category of transaction made, Hinfoways may charge a service fee for the facilitation and providing various other services. Hinfoways shall neither be responsible nor liable to mediate or resolve any disputes or disagreements on the medical opinion, cost of treatment or treatment packages, consultation fees, and any communication that happens between you and the healthcare service providers/hospitals. You and the healthcare service provider or hospital shall settle all such disputes without involving Hinfoways in any manner.

    

4. This website is for information purposes only and hence not intended to be used to treat a medical emergency or any medical condition. For medical concerns, including decisions about use of medicines and other treatments, you shall always consult your doctor/physician or other, qualified healthcare professional. In serious cases, you shall seek immediate assistance from a qualified emergency personnel/center. If you suspect that you have a medical emergency or medical problem or condition, then you shall contact your nearest healthcare provider/hospital/physician immediately. YOU SHALL NEVER DISREGARD OR IGNORE MEDICAL ADVICE OR DELAY IN SEEKING IT JUST BECAUSE OF SOMETHING YOU MAY HAVE READ ON THIS WEBSITE or have had live video consulting or online chat or phone call or email communication with a Hinfoways team member including the hospitals and the doctors/surgeons on the website. The procedures or treatments or medications or diet supplements as may be described or that see on this website should not be taken or begun without first consulting your doctor/physician or other healthcare provider.

Any information provided by Hinfoways or its employees or doctors or hospitals using video consulting, phone, Live Chat and email, will be provided to the general public only to make a more informed decision. Certain specific terms and conditions apply to such hospitals, doctors and health care providers too. While choosing a particular surgeons/doctor or hospital or health care provider on the website, you understand that you are ultimately responsible for choosing your own surgeons/doctor or hospital or health care provider and accept that Hinfoways shall not be held responsible or liable for any selection of doctor or hospital or health care provider made by you.

You understand and accept that Hinfoways will provide you with lists and/or profile of hospitals and doctors and health care providers who may be qualified and suitable to offer and deliver the healthcare services that you are seeking based on information such as area of treatment, specialty and geographical location that you provide to Hinfoways. 
14. For certain specific services, Hinfoways may choose a surgeon/doctor or health care service provider on your behalf based on the nature of services that you request and on the surgeon/doctor or health care provider who would be available to provide you with the clinical services for the same. Please note that Hinfoways does not recommend or endorse any surgeon/doctor or health care provider mentioned or listed on the website. Also, Hinfoways does not make any representations or warranties with respect to these surgeons/doctors or health care providers or the quality of the healthcare services that they may provide. Hinfoways shall not be liable for any reason whatsoever for the services provided by the hospital or health care professional or surgeon/doctor, and we bear no liability for the consequences and/or experiences that you may have while using their System or Services.

Whether implied or expressed, we make no representations, guarantees or warranties, with respect to profile, details, professional qualifications, and quality of work, expertise or other information provided on the website. We do not in any way endorse any organization or individual described on our website. 18. We may assign this contract any time to any parent subsidiary or any affiliated company, or as a part of the sale to, merger with, or other transfer of our company to another entity. We will post a notice on the website regarding any change of ownership so that you have the opportunity to discontinue your use of the website. 
19.  The website will accept advertising which complies with our advertising policy. However, please note that we do not endorse any product advertised on Hinfoways website. Please note that any dealings that you have with advertisers found on the Hinfoways website are between you and the advertiser and you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any loss or claim you may have against an advertiser.

We do not audit the information provided by hospitals or clinics or doctors. While we take steps to ensure the data provided is complete, the inclusion of the data does not mean we have verified or fact-checked the price, package details,or any other details included in the surgery package. 
23. The inclusion of any surgery package or a procedure does not imply referral, endorsement, or recommendation by us, nor does omission of any individual or facility signify disapproval. Although we update the directory regularly, we do not guarantee that all surgery package information and healthcare provider information are current and accurate and we urge you to check with the healthcare provider to the terms and conditions of any surgery packages prior to undertaking the treatment. Any reliance upon this information is solely at your discretion.
24. We are not responsible for the quality of medical treatment or lack of treatment that you receive from any doctor or associated hospital. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on information provided in the medical treatment directory or search. Further, we have no control over, and cannot guarantee, the availability of any doctor or surgery package. We will not be liable for any canceled or otherwise unfulfilled appointments or any injury resulting therefrom. 
25. Upon a request by us, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our employees, contractors, officers, directors, agents, parent, other affiliated companies, and suppliers, from all liabilities, claims, demands and expenses, including attorney’s fees, made by any third party that arise from or are related to (a) your access to the website, (b) your use of the services, or (c) the violation of these Terms of Use by you or any third party using your credentials of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. The foregoing indemnification obligation does not apply to liabilities, claims, and expenses arising because of our own gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
